Where can I find the pan-London child protection procedures?
They can be found at the top of the procedures section of this site. If you would like a hard copy of the procedures, please contact your local LSCB.
Which version of the procedures are we still working off and when do they change?
From September 2007, London has been working from the 3rd edition of the London Child Protection Procedures.
What are the supplementary procedures?
The supplementary procedures contain additional information and procedures for dealing with children in specific circumstances. Each of these supplementaries has been summarised and cross referenced within the London Child Protection Procedures, and the two should be read in conjunction.
Where can I find the supplementary procedures?
These extra documents are available in the procedures section of this site
Is it possible to submit our responses to consultation drafts after the cut off date?
Although technically we don't encourage people to submit their responses after the end date for consultations, we do fully appreciate any help that we receive with developing the procedures and therefore encourage anyone to contact one of the London board staff to let us know that your submission will be late.
