London Safeguarding Children Health Professionals Network - 21st February 2008

On February 21st 2008, the London Board and CSIP arranged a morning for LSCBs and the London Safeguarding Children Health Professionals Network to meet and discuss the challenges around aligning serious case reviews and serious untoward incident processes.  The papers from this event are available to download below:
